Previ Memberships

What is a Previ Membership?
A Previ Membership gives you exclusive access to superior pricing on premium products and services that you can’t get without a membership. Average Previ members save enough money to pay for their membership in the first few months.

Who can join Previ?
A Previ Membership is exclusively accessed through an employer and is not open to the public.
Only employees of partnering companies have access to join Previ.

What if I don’t work here anymore?
Once you’re in, you’re in. Continue to pay for your Previ Membership and you’ll still have access to the superior pricing on your cell phone and more.

Can I refer people to Previ?
We hope to earn your referrals. You can refer friends and family that are employees of partnering companies or direct referrals that aren’t employees of a partnering company to text (801) 437-0620.

Can other people use my Previ Membership?
No. A Previ Membership can only be used by the primary account owner. However, some products and services can benefit more than just the primary account owner. For instance, up to 10 phone lines can be added under a single Membership.

How can I pay for my Previ Membership?
Pretty simple. You can pay via autopay with either a bank account (ACH) or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.

How is the Previ Membership related to this cell phone pricing?
Your Previ Membership unlocks exclusive access to the pricing on these unlimited cell phone plans. Access to premium pricing is reserved for Previ Members only.

What’s included in the unlimited plan?
These unlimited plans include unlimited talk, text and data on the AT&T 5G/5G+ network or T-Mobile 5G & 4G LTE network.

Is hotspot included in this plan?
Yes, you have an option of 10GB of hotspot data per month on T-Mobile and 30GB of hotspot data per month on AT&T.

Does this plan support international coverage?
Yes, both our AT&T and T-Mobile plans have international coverage. To see the details visit

Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, you can keep your phone number.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you can cancel anytime.

Can I use my existing smartphone?
Yes, you can use your smartphone.

What if I want to get a new smartphone?
We can support that. We find that getting a new smartphone through the device manufacturer is the best way to go.

What if I owe money on my existing smartphone?
No problem, you can either pay off your existing smartphone or you can finance your existing smartphone through Previ.

Can I get smartphone insurance through Previ?
Not at this time. We find that getting smartphone insurance through the device manufacturer is the best way to go.

What about bundled streaming services?
We don’t offer streaming services yet but are continually working to add value to the Previ membership and hope to offer streaming services soon.

How do I pay for my phone service?
Good news, your first month is free! Once your promotional period ends you’ll pay via autopay with either a bank account or credit card.

What if I’m not currently on AT&T or T-Mobile?
No problem at all. We’ve moved thousands of people over from just about every carrier, and the process is pretty straightforward.
