WCB Conference Room Rental

The Washington Counties Building (WCB) is conveniently located within walking distance of the State Capitol campus or downtown Olympia. The conference room is ideal for Board meetings between 20 to 30 attendees, and we can set it up to meet all your hybrid meeting needs. There is a small kitchen area and the adjoining hallway provides a convenient space for catered buffets.

The WCB is a partnership with the Washington State Association of Counties and the Washington Association of County Officials. We support our county members and other county associations by providing this space free of charge. Rental rates are competitively priced for other government, non-profit, or commercial organizations. Please reserve this space by clicking the link below. Rental Packages & Fees

Conference Room rental includes full use of kitchen. The hallway can be used for food and beverage stations. There are men’s/women’s restrooms located across the hallway. There are two hookups for power and A/V in the floor on each end of the room.
